Himcon Engineers (India) and SC Agarwal were the lowest bidders for 2 small value contracts (DC-27 and DT-12) related to the remodeling of the existing Mukundpur depot of the Delhi Metro Pink Line earlier this month. emerged as
Apart from increasing the capacity of the Pink Line trains, it works under the upgrade work 65.1 km Phase 4 Project being to allow (some or all) of the Magenta Line trains 144 new coaches) will be established and maintained at Mukundpur in future.
The following additional facilities will be created in Pink Line (Line-7):

DMRC invited tenders (bid) for this package at the end of March with an estimated cost of Rs. 71.37 crores and a time frame of 30 months. technical bids were opened in june Financial bids were opened on 3 August to disclose 10 bidders.

Track Package DT-12
DMRC invited bid With estimates for this track-work package in April at Rs. 9.63 crores and the time limit for completion is 24 months. They 2 bids received In May, and during the evaluation the bid of PP Mandal Projects was disqualified.
SC Aggarwal’s bid: Rupee. 11.29 Cr (Opened on 6th August)
short range: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ballastless Tracks at Mukundpur Depot for Augmentation of Additional Maintenance Facilities in Standard Gauge Corridor of Phase-IV Delhi MRTS Project
Himcon’s bid was a slam-dunk and was well below DMRC’s budget estimate, so a contract for the DC-27 should be awarded in the coming weeks. I believe DMRC will most likely, if not already, invite SC Agarwal to negotiate the final contract price of the DT-12 as his bid was 17.24% higher than the budget estimate.
Apart from these 2 packages, DMRC also invited bids in March for the respective package DE-14 electrification work Phase 4 of the 12.098 km Pink Line extension (Maujpur – Majlis Park) includes work inside Mukundpur depot. that tender 8 Bids Received in June and technical bid evaluation is still going on.
